Get ready for a great night of showmanship, soaring harmonies, and wicked wit. The Bigg Theatre is thrilled to announce that the BAFTA-winning icons of entertainment, 4 Poofs and a Piano, will be bringing their high-energy comedy to Biggleswade for one night only.

Known to millions as the house band from The Friday Night with Jonathan Ross on BBC1, this iconic quartet have spent two decades headlining international festivals and selling out West End runs. Now, they are bringing their unique brand of musical comedy and camp classics to the intimate setting of The Bigg Theatre.

A Night of Pure Entertainment

Audiences can expect a fast-paced cocktail of:

  • Reimagined Pop Classics: From disco anthems to contemporary hits, and original material delivered with their signature four-part harmony.
  • Sharp Comedy: Irreverent humour and observational wit that pushes boundaries while keeping the party spirit alive.

4 Poofs and a Piano bring their unique blend of humour and superb vocals to the stage. This camp house band is well-known for being part of the BAFTA award-winning Friday Night with Jonathan Ross on BBC1.

The globally famous chat show aired on BBC from 2001 to 2010 extending to audiences in the USA, Australia, New Zealand and across Europe attracting a host of A list celebrities providing the boys with a few tales to tell. As household names, the 4 Poofs and their piano featured in the ballets of Matthew Bourne and the songs of Tim Minchin.

Between them, they have a vast amount of experience performing with Neil Diamond, Mark Ronson and Benny Andersson of ABBA, and dressing as Madonna for Madonna. There are also legendary performances at the Glastonbury Festival, The Edinburgh Fringe and Children in Need with the BBC concert orchestra.
